• Facilitates the transmission of quote requests to partner shops
• Provides a platform for shops to respond with quotes and availability
• Does not directly provide auto glass repair or replacement services

We act solely as an intermediary and are not responsible for the services provided by partner shops.

3. User Obligations

When using our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the accuracy of your contact information
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the Service
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Respond to shops in good faith if you request quotes

4. SMS Terms and Conditions

By submitting a quote request with your mobile phone number, you agree to the following SMS terms:

By submitting a quote request, you:

• Consent to be contacted by 2-3 partner shops via phone, text message, or email
• Understand that shops will contact you independently with quotes
• Acknowledge that message and data rates may apply for text messages
• Can opt out of communications at any time by following unsubscribe instructions
• Must verify your phone number via SMS before quotes are distributed

5. No Service Guarantee

WindshieldQuotes.ca does not guarantee:

• That you will receive any specific number of quotes
• The accuracy, quality, or timeliness of quotes provided by shops
• The availability of shops in your area
• The quality of work performed by partner shops
• That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free

6. Relationship with Shops

Partner shops are independent businesses. Any transaction, agreement, or dispute between you and a shop is solely between you and that shop. We are not a party to these transactions and assume no liability for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of services provided
• The accuracy of shop representations or quotes
• Damage or injury resulting from shop services
• Disputes regarding pricing, work quality, or warranties

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WindshieldQuotes.ca shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service
• Damages resulting from any conduct or content of third parties

Our total liability shall not exceed $100 CAD or the amount you paid us (which is $0), whichever is greater.
